The Board at Oslo Bors has decided to list Marine Farms ASA on the SMB-list on Oslo Bors. The Børsdirektør has the power of attorney to decide the first day of trading, the 10th of November 2006 being the latest date.

Oslo Børs has approved Marine Farms' prospectus in connection with listing of the Shares of Marine Farms ASA on Oslo Børs and Offering of up to 2,000,000 Shares.

Reference is made to separate OTC-message where it was announced that the General Meeting in Marine Farms ASA has decided to merge two shares in Marine Farms ASA into one share in Marine Farms ASA, i.e. the face value per share is increased from NOK 1 to NOK 2 (two old shares is equal to one new share).

The merger of shares is now registered in Foretaksregisteret in Norway and will be effectuated when trading starts on Tuesday the 12th of September 2006. The share capital will now be NOK 64.637.256,- divided between 32.318.628 shares with face value of NOK 2,-.

In a General Meeting in Marine Farms ASA, held on 6th of September 2006, it was decided to merge two shares in Marine Farms ASA into one share in Marine Farms ASA, i.e. the face value per share is increased from NOK 1 to NOK 2 (two old shares is equal to one new share). The merge of the shares will be effective from registration in Foretaksregisteret in Norway, sometime during week 37. The company will send out a new press release as soon as this registration has taken place.
