In a General Meeting in Marine Farms ASA, held on 6th of September 2006, it was decided to merge two shares in Marine Farms ASA into one share in Marine Farms ASA, i.e. the face value per share is increased from NOK 1 to NOK 2 (two old shares is equal to one new share). The merge of the shares will be effective from registration in Foretaksregisteret in Norway, sometime during week 37. The company will send out a new press release as soon as this registration has taken place.
