Vitamar AS, a company 90% owned by Bjørn Myrseth, CEO of Marine Farms ASA, has been allocated 14,500 shares, at a subscription price of NOK 14 per share, in the Marine Farms ASA offering announced on 10th of October 2006. Following the receipt of these shares, Vitamar AS will hold 2,543,180 shares in Marine Farms, corresponding to 7.6% of the shares outstanding, following registration of the new shares issued in the Offering announced on 10th of October 2006.
Janem AS, a company owned by Jan Egil Moe, board member of Marine Farms ASA, has been allocated 500 shares, at a subscription price of NOK 12.6 (after deduction of the 10% discount in the Retail Offering) per share and 500 shares at a subscription price of NOK 14.00 in the Marine Farms ASA offering announced on 10th of October 2006. Following the receipt of these shares, Janem AS will hold 181.000 shares in Marine Farms, corresponding to 0.5% of the shares outstanding, following registration of the new shares issued in the Offering announced on 10th of October 2006.
